Policy
- Abide by the Volunteer Policies.
- Resulting mass teams need to comply with current EGC policy and guidelines, outlined in the EGC Manual, to the greatest extent possible.
- The quarterly mass schedule should have a mix of EGC clergy and novice masses scheduled for each calendar month.
- ECG clergy masses are defined as a mass team where either one or both the Priest and Priestess are ordained Priest or Priestess of the EGC.
- Novice masses are defined as new mass teams where neither the Priest nor Priestess is ordained Priest or Priestess of the EGC. These mass teams will require an EGC ordained Priest or Priestess to deacon.
- Novice mass teams should have the ordained member, acting as deacon, scheduled before they submit their requests for mass times to the Mass Coordinator.
- All Novice teams should be under the supervision of the EGC Coordinator and should contact them before scheduling mass dates.
- The quarterly schedule should be posted to the online calendar and a pdf version posted to the wiki at least one month before that quarter begins.
