Per-Issue Time Line
The timing notation is rocket launch style "Tee minus fifteen" time stamp, where "T" is the day of the solar quarter transition (e.g. ☉ in 0° ♈). This timeline is intended to be used as a flexible guide for setting specific deadlines and trigger days that will be determined more precisely on a per-issue basis. This enables us to shape the production schedule around the flow of weekday vs. weekend time, holy days, etc.
