About the Masquerade

Our celebration of the vulgar New Year will begin on December 31, 2005 e.v. at 8:00pm. Open to OTO initiates and their guests, this masquerade ball will be a place to celebrate, experience fraternity, and have a safe haven to enjoy the beauty and ambiance of Thelemic Brotherhood.

Our theme is Tarot, so come dressed as your favorite card—Trump or minor card, Thoth Deck or some other deck you know and love.

Admission includes a substantial selection of hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages. You'll also find microbrews, wines, and champagne available for purchase throughout the evening.

Sekhet-Maat Lodge will have a selection of items for sale, including abramelin oil, mugs, stickers, t-shirts, posters and more.

Raffle tickets are inexpensive and your chances are good! Thanks to the generosity of our membership, we will have a number of prizes available.

Those of the proper age will be treated to a glass of champagne for a midnight toast by the Lodge Master.

Any profit resulting from this event will be used to upgrade our initiation equipment.
